• Royal Decree 106/2011, of January 28, which creates and regulates the State Register of Companies provided for in Law 2/2009, of March 31, which regulates the contracting of consumers of mortgage loans or credits and of intermediation services for the execution of loan or credit contracts, and establishes the minimum fixed amount corresponding to the liability insurance or bank guarantee for the exercise of these activities.
