Customers of LQ PALMA FINANCE, SL., have the following rights:

• Have a copy of the contract made with the financial intermediary.
• Access to our rate information sheets, fully available to our customers.
• Obtain the European Standardized Information Sheet (FEIN) and the Standardized Warnings Sheet (FiAE) whenever you take out a mortgage loan or credit with us as intermediaries.
• To be properly informed of the general conditions established in the contract.
• Be properly informed of our transparency standards stipulated in this document.
• To be properly informed about whether we, as intermediaries, intervene in the operation with a contractual link that implies an impact on any credit institution.
• Prior to the execution and formalization of the contract, they must receive our fees, rates, expenses and any additional costs that may arise.
• Receive information from us about all services contracted with us.
• PALMA FINANCE must have professional liability insurance or a bank guarantee to cover liabilities that may arise from professional negligence in the territorial area in which it offers its services.
• To have the total price amount to be paid for the contracted services, including all commissions and expenses that may arise.

On the website https://palmafinance.com, the customer has access to the complaint and claim resolution procedure followed by PALMA FINANCEfor any conflicts that may arise in the contracting of the intermediation service offered by the company.

The financial intermediation contract to be signed with PALMA FINANCE will be formalized in Spanish, but can be requested in any other co-official language at no additional cost.

• All contractual documentation will be delivered to clients in the language agreed upon in the contract proposal for their full understanding.

Customers may withdraw from the brokerage contract formalized with PALMA FINANCE within fourteen calendar days after signing it, without needing to provide justification and without applying any penalty, by sending said withdrawal in writing to PALMA FINANCE, to our email info@palmafinance.com or to our postal address Calle Caro nº 3, Palma de Mallorca, I. Balears, CP 07013, Spain.
